“I will give you treasures of darkness and hidden riches of the Secret Place, that you may know that I, the Lord, Who calls you by your name, am the God of Israel.”  Isaiah 45:3

“Then Boaz announced to the elders and all the people, ‘Today you are witnesses that I have bought from Naomi all the property of Elimelech, Kilion and Mahlon.  I have also acquired Ruth the Moabitess, Mahlon’s widow, as my wife, in order to maintain the name of the dead with his property, so that his name will not disappear from among his family or from the town records.  Today you are witnesses!’  Then the elders and all those at the gate said, ‘We are witnesses.  May the Lord make the woman who is coming into your home like Rachel and Leah, who together built up the house of Israel.  May you have standing in Ephrathah and be famous in Bethlehem.  Through the offspring the Lord gives you by this young woman, may your family be like that of Perez, whom Tamar bore to Judah.’”  Ruth 4:9-12

 “You are witnesses!  I have bought!  I have acquired!  So that your name will not disappear from among My family or from the records.  You are witnesses!  I was born among them in Bethlehem! Together we have built up the house of Israel!  We are the family of Judah!”

You are witnesses!
“The people stood watching…”  Luke 23:35a  “While they were still talking about this, Jesus Himself stood among them and said to them, ‘Peace be with you.’”  Luke 24:36

I AM the one who was born of the virgin in Bethlehem!
“So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David.  He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child.  ‘Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; He is Christ the Lord.’”  Luke 2:4-5;11

I have bought!  I have acquired!
“For Christ, our Passover Lamb, has been sacrificed.”  I Corinthians 5:7b  “They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.”  Revelation 7:14b

We are witnesses!
“Look, He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him; and all the peoples of the earth will mourn because of Him.  So shall it be!  Amen.”  Revelation 1:7

So that your name will not disappear from among My family or from the records.  Together we have built up the house of Israel!  We are the family of Judah!
“See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed.”  Revelation 5:5b  “Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life.”  Revelation 21:27

We are witnesses.  He has bought us with His blood.  He has acquired us through His death and resurrection .  He was born among us.  He lives among us.  He has done this so that we may all have our names written in the Lamb’s book of life.  He holds the keys, and He willingly unlocks the door to behold our eternity.  His is a free gift for whoever is thirsty and for whoever wishes. He stands among us saying, “Peace be with you.”  Have you come?  Will you come?

“The Spirit and the bride say, ‘Come!’  And let him who hears say, ‘Come!’  Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life.”  Revelation 22:17
