“I will give you treasures of darkness and hidden riches of the Secret Place, that you may know that I, the Lord, Who calls you by your name, am the God of Israel.”  Isaiah 45:3

“He…said, ‘Bring me the shawl you are wearing and hold it out.’  When she did so, he poured into it six measures of barley and put it on her.  Then he went back to town.  When Ruth came to her mother-in-law, Naomi asked, ‘How did it go, my daughter?’  Then she told her everything Boaz had done for her and added, ‘He gave me these six measures of barley, saying, ‘Don’t go back to your mother-in-law empty-handed.’”  Ruth 3:15-17

In the presence of the King,
“He shows unfailing kindness to His anointed.”  Psalm 18:50b

In the presence of the King,
Our treasuries are bountiful.  We have entered into the Secret Place, and stayed at the feet of the Master on the Threshing Floor.  “Don’t go back empty-handed.”  It would grieve His heart if we left unchanged, unchallenged and the same as when we first arrived.  We should feel satisfied with seeing His likeness.
“And I—in righteousness I will see Your face; when I awake, I will be satisfied with seeing Your likeness.”  Psalm 17:15

In the presence of the King,
We are seeking His help, His deliverance, His intercession into our situations, His all-in-all.  He alone is our refuge.
“Keep me as the apple of Your eye; hide me in the shadow of Your wings from the wicked who assail me, from my mortal enemies who surround me.”  Psalm 17:8-9

In the presence of the King,
He stills the hunger, and He gives us plenty. He wants us to “bring Him the shawl we are wearing and hold it out” so He can restore us to the fullest measure.
“You still the hunger of those You cherish; their sons have plenty, and they store up wealth for their children.”  Psalm 17:14b

In the presence of the King,
Enter His gates with thanksgiving!   And come to His courts with praise!
“I love You, my Strength,
The Lord is my Rock,
My Fortress,
My Deliverer;
My God is my Rock,
In Whom I take refuge.
He is My Shield and the Horn of my Salvation, My Stronghold.
I call to the Lord, Who is Worthy of Praise, and I am saved from my enemies!”
Psalm 18:1-3                                      HALLELUJAH!!!
